The Butler practice opened in 1964 when Dr. T.E. (Ed) Butler moved to Liberty, North Carolina. In 1999, Dr. T. E. (Chip) Butler, Jr. joined his father. Today Dr. Chip continues to care for their patients in the greater Liberty community and the practice will always welcome new patients.
